Lose Man Boobs with Interval Training

Interval training is a great way to get rid of man boobs. This is because interval training really gets your metabolism stoked and helps you to burn body fat faster then almost anything else. It also is a fantastic way to burn lots of calories in a short period of time, and continues to burn calories even after you have finished your work out.

Interval training works like this: You perform an intense exercise (this could be weights or cardio) for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Next, instead of taking a break, you move on to an easier exercise or lift. For example, perform squats for 30 seconds, the weight needs to be pretty heavy, not your max of course, but enough to get you a good workout, than follow this up with 3 sets of 10 body weight lunges. This simply means do lunges, but with no weights. This keeps the calories burning, even with this easier exercise. Than take a 30 second break if you have to and move on to the next exercise.

You can also do this with running. In your neigborhood, alternate blocks. Run your hardest down one block (this could be a sprint or a fast jog), than walk the next block. It's really that simple. These types of exercises are good to burn fat, and are also good for getting back into shape.
