Man Boobs Exercises - Cardiovascular Workouts To Burn That Excess Chest Fat

Man boobs are in fact deposits of excess fat in your chest. These can be caused by a number of reasons, but the result is the same. A lot of men suffer from man boobs, which is known as gynecomastia, and most fail to do anything about it.

You can reduce your man boobs and improve how you look by doing exercises which burn fat. It is important to do both chest weight exercises and cardiovascular routines which can get your chest muscles moving at the same time in which they reduce your overall fat percentage.

Here are some great cardiovascular routines you can do:

1. Jogging - Jogging is my personal favorite cardiovascular routine and a highly effective one. Jogging brings your heart rate to a new level and burns a lot of calories. Jogging also works your entire body as your arms, torso and legs are in constant motion.

2. Walking - Walking is less effective than running but is also a great exercise routine. If you feel you shouldn't run or simply lack the necessary stamina, do some walking every day. It will reduce your overall fat and your man boobs.

3. Elliptical - The elliptical is a great way to raise your heart rate. Make sure that you move your arms while you do the elliptical because it will better workout your chest.

4. Swimming - I know that this is a bit awkward as most men with man boobs don't want to show their upper body in public. But swimming is truly a very good cardiovascular routine for reducing man boobs because it works the chest very well, especially the breast stroke.

These exercises will not eliminate your man boobs entirely, but they can be an excellent place to start.
